Expected format

CSV with headers like Rank, Name, Score, Cuisine, Location - any order. Plain text works too: one per line, e.g.

PDF and DOCX are read by extracting their text - results vary with the file. We flag duplicate names, duplicate ranks, gaps, and missing scores before anything is added.
